NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Prior to the Notice ,any of your information that been provided to us in respect of commercial transactions is being processed by and/or on behalf of us .You may be required to provide further information to be collected and further processed by and/or on behalf of us .

2. DESCRIPTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data means any information that relates directly or indirectly to you in respect of commercial transaction (“Personal Data “).Personal Data includes but is not limited to your name, NRIC , passport number ,gender ,marital status ,citizenship, race ,occupation, religion, health condition and contact details .

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data collected shall be processed for all matters in connection to the preparation of documents and /or legal proceedings, completion of agreements, delivery of notices, payment of legal fees and such other related purposes in connection with our engagement as your solicitors (“the Purpose”)

4. SOURCES OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data may obtained by us from any means of lawful communication ,including but not limited to correspondence emails ,letters ,business card and/or forms previously and/or currently and/or in the future submitted by you or on behalf of you .

5. REQUEST FOR PERSONAL DATA
Any request to supply the Personal Data are voluntary in nature unless it is notified to be compulsory .Failure to supply such compulsory request shall result in us unable to proceed with any of the Purpose as stated in Clause 3

6. DISCLOSING PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data provided to us will be kept confidential but we may disclose the Personal Data for purposes of administrative, statistical analysis and other purposes to any third parties as defined in the Act, including but not limited to a class of governmental bodies, which require such Personal Data in relation to the Purpose as stated in Clause 3.

7. LIMITATION TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You may limit, in part or in full, the processing of the Personal Data (subject to any applicable legal restrictions and/ or contractual conditions) by giving a notice in writing to us.

8. ACCESS AND CORRECTION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
