To assist in conducting project feasibility study in order to ascertain the viability of potential development projects.
To coordinate with town planner during project planning stage (layout plans for D.O. approval).
To coordinate the team of consultants such as architect, engineer, quantity surveyor and land surveyor during design development stage.
To assist in obtain development order/building plans approval from the local approving authorities.
To organize and coordinate the tender exercise on earthworks, piling works, main building works, infrastructure works, NSC works, etc. prior to commencement of physical works on site.
To participate in the consultant meetings/site meetings during the construction stage in order to overcome all technical and construction problems.
To monitor and supervise the construction works during construction stage to ensure timely completion and to ensure quality finished product in order to fulfill customer’s requirement/satisfaction.
To coordinate the final testing, commissioning and inspection with local authorities/technical departments for procurement of Certificate of Completion and Compliance(CCC) and delivery of vacant possession to all purchasers on time.
To coordinate and overseeing all the defects rectification works by main contractor during the defects liability period.
Examine all the report on site diary (submitted by clerk-of-work), site weekly report (submitted by clerk-of-work) and site meeting progress report (submitted by contractor) and to ensure all the drawings forwarded by consultant are updated and in order.
To verify and examine all the variation order in terms of omission/addition of construction costing as submitted by relevant consultant to ensure proper evaluation for those variation order.
